Q12620 - KNOWNISSUE: DRC reports do not re-expand when previewing in Report Pac and dates are changed.

There is a known issue in Report Pac -> Spread Reports where a report using the DRC spread function does not refresh as expected.

Symptoms:

The problem arrises when you generate a preview of a report (print to screen) using Report Pac -> Spread Reports, which contains the DRC function.  The DRC function evalulates properly for the initial loading of the report, but if you change the date range using the date picker inside the print preview window, the preview does not reevaluate the DRC funciton and the report size does not change in accordance with the new date range.  Normally a monthly DRC style report will have 28/30/31 days of data on it (or more if a larger date range is specified).  If you use the date picker in the preview window to select a new date range with more or fewer days, the DRC function is not reevaluated and the report does not adjust to display the data correctly.

Work Around:

Option #1:

The current work around is to simply close the open report preview, select the same report in the Spread Report output window and select the newly desired date range in that window.  A new report preview window will open, correctly generating and displaying the data in the date range.

Option #2

Use Interactive Mode instead of Print Preview Mode.
