Adds a series of dashboard buttons (shortcuts) to preview reports or to open a report as a Dashboard.

1. Choose the data entry forms from the Available Forms list. Use Click, Ctrl-Click and Shift Click to select the reports.

2. Click to move selected forms to the Selected Forms list.

3. Set the options. 

Set Button Action to "Preview Report" to output the report to the Screen or "Open Dashboard" to open the report as a Dashboard.

4. Click OK
