Enforcement & Compliance History Online (ECHO)

ECHO is used to get data from the EPA PCS and ICIS-NPDES system.  ECHO allows you to see Permit Limits, NDPES DMR Data that was submitted by the facility (i.e. the data from the printed NPDES DMR Report), violations, and enforcement actions.   

To search for a facility

https://echo.epa.gov/facilities/facility-search?mediaSelected=cwa

1. Select Water

2. Fill out Zip or Facility ID Num (Permit Number)

3. Click Search

Results will be displayed.
