Hach WIMS includes two free interfaces to CSV files. 

• Q12933 for SCADA CSV files
• Q12351 for Lab CSV files

Comma Separated Files (CSV) is common file type that most SCADA systems, Commerical Labs, and LIMS can produce.

Why?

Automatic interfaces saves you time and increases data accuracy. These intefaces are free and readily available.

How do you get it?

Go to http://www.opssys.com/instantkb/Article.aspx?id=12932 and download the Q12933.msi and/or Q12351.msi and install.  The interface then needs to be configured for your specific WIMS sytem/csv files.

Services are available to assist in the installation and work with your SCADA, Commerical lab, or LIMS to properly configure interface.
