Used to locate Lead and Copper results into the Compliance Monitoring Data Portal (CMDP) report.  Use the CMDP-OperationalData.hwr template found in the CMDP Drinking Water Templates.

1	Choose your Lead and Copper Lab Cal Tests.  This tells the report which results for the samples to be reported.
2	Set the criteria to select the Distribution Lead and Copper Lab Cal samples.  In this example, we set the Sample Names to LCR D01, LCR D02, etc... Therefore any sample that starts with LCR D is a Distribution Lead and Copper sample.
3	Set the criteria to select the Entry Point Lead and Copper Lab Cal samples.  In this example, we set the Sample Names to LCR POE1, LCR POE2, etc... Therefore any sample that starts with LCR P is a Point of Entry Lead and Copper sample
4	This what to locate for each column in the report.  NOTE:  An SQL Query returns the results and the formulas refer to those queries.  Cell A3 will contain the query for Distribution Results and A4 will contain the Entry Point Results.
