This display allows you to select a graphic or picture to add to a task, inventory, equipment, or employee table.

For example, we can select one or many graphics to an equipment entry:

Buttons:

  OK - Attaches the selected graphics to the table (i.e. equipment, employee, task, inventory)

  Edit Graphics Library - Displays the graphics library and allows you to add to more graphics to the library

  View Graphic - Shows the selected graphic, only one graphic can be displayed at a time

  Show All Graphic Types - Shows all the graphics of every table in the graphic library

  Cancel - Cancels adding graphics and returns to previous display
