Allows entry of lookup table values for use with the Table math toolbox function or the Table spread function.

BUTTONS:

	Moves to the first record
	Moves to the previous record
	Moves to the next record
	Moves to the Last Record
	Adds a new lookup table.  Form will be blanked out for you to enter the new table information.
	Deletes the currently displayed lookup table.
	Loads an exported lookup table from the \HachWims\client\LookupTables folder.  Lookup tables templates for many common functions (CT tables, etc...) are available here.
	Exports the current Lookup table to the \HachWims\client\LookupTables folder.
	Sets the number of columns and rows in the lookup table.  NOTE: for faster loading, it is suggested to set the size to minimum required.
	Prints the lookup table.
	Displays the lookup table browser allowing you to select from a list which Lookup table to display.

To add a table for use:

1. Click the Add New button
2. Enter a Table Name
3. Fill in the table.  Enter the lookup (known) values in the row and column headers (the gray fields) and enter the solutions (answers) in the white part of the table.

EXAMPLES:

The following example returns the DO Saturation based on the lookup values of Pressure and Temperature.

To retrieve a value from the table you specify the Row and column lookup value using the Table funciton.  In the above example, if you specify a column value 740 and a Row value of 1 the function would return 13.82.  The Table function also specifies what to do if there is not an exact match and what to do if the values are outside of the table. 

NOTE: The row and column lookup values (in gray) MUST be ascending (Lowest to Highest)
