One of the most fundamental security features in WIMS is Facility Access.  It defines which Facility Databases users have access to and their User Type within that facility. 

The 2 main Rules of Facility Access :

1. Super User has full right to modify anything inside every facility within WIMS. In other words, the Facility Access theory does NOT apply to Super Users
2. Any other user type needs to be given access priviledges to WIMS facilities. This is done by assigning a user type per facility.
