There are a few rules to follow for naming fields in doForms for this interface:

• Can be alpha-numeric and the under bar character (actually imposed by doForms)
• One field must be a date time field named 'Date'
• Cannot use the following names:
• StatusCode
• ErrorMessage

To get the Data Name:

1. Log onto your account at doForms website
2. Select Build Forms
3. Select File and Open
4. Open the form you wish to retrieve data from
5. The Data Name is just below the Caption

The default name is the caption with underbar characters ('_') instead of spaces. You can also change the name in the Data Name as shown above.

• Numeric fields will match to Parameters in Hach WIMS
• Any widget type will match to a Text Parameter in Hach WIMS
• Currency and Calculation fields will match to Parameters in Hach WIMS
• Location with a cross reference to Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, or Accuracy will match to Parameters in Hach WIMS (see Advanced variable configurations for interface Q14162 - Location Widget)

NOTE: For Parameter variables in Hach WIMS, that allow symbols (MDL Rules such as '<2', 'ND', etc.) you MUST make the doForms field type Text. Also, invalid entries will import the value into the variable's Result Comment and no value will be recorded.

NOTE: For forms which contain detailed daily variables, you must configure the Date field so that it is set to Date\Time. If you don't, data will import for the previous date at a random time.
