Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express (SSMSE) is a free (from Microsoft) management tool for managing SQL Server 2005 databases.  SSMSE can be used to query/update WIMS databases and perform admin tasks such as backup, restore, etc... 

SSMSE is installed during the install of Hach WIMS (Multi-User or Single-User without Database Support, i.e. where WIMS install the SQL Server Express database) when Server Components are installed. 

NOTE:  In Windows 7 you MUST run SSMSE as Administrator - Right click on the program shortcut or program .exe file, and click on Run as administrator
