The infrastructure was designed to maximize uptime of operation, providing access to your information 24/7 from anywhere in the world (as long as you are connected to the internet).
Your data is stored on redundant Microsoft SQL Database Servers, and is not directly reachable from the Internet.
End users log into Hach WIMS Online service via a DMZ, which hosts a Citrix XenApp Farm. The DMZ is secured from Internet using a restrictive firewall, and the data is secured using yet another restrictive firewall.
