Q13238 - KNOWNISSUE: "License synchronization failed"

Symptoms :

There is a known issue when trying to import data using Hach WIMS interfaces, which manifests itself with an error message : "License synchronization failed".

Resolution :

The first thing to try is to delete opssql.license2008 file under the interface folder (where the executable of the interface is at), and then rerun the interface. Each time the interface attempts to import, it gets this file from the Hach WIMS Database.

If that does not work, then we need to patch the interface code. Please contact Hach WIMS technical support.
