Home : Products : OPS 32 : On OPS32, user using the same userID and password have error logging into the system on one PC but not on the other PC. Error message say "Access denied. Please check your password" or something like that. Have any idea why is that?

You are most likely pointing at different USER.2K files.  Verify on each PC the USERDIR setting in the OPS32.ini file (located in c:\windows) is pointing to the same folder.
