There is a known problem with the OPS WWDDE interface. This interface is used to create CSV text files from the Wonderware historian.
The WWDDE interface will request all the tags that have been created in OPS (this is the Signal Tag on the Interface Tab when editing variables). If a signal tag in OPS does not exactly match the signal tag name in Wonderware, the system will not send any information, past that tag name, to WWDDE.
For example; if you have 100 tags in OPS that are also in Wonderware, and the 75th tag is either misspelled in OPS, or is not configured to be logged in Wonderware - WWDDE will request all 100 tags but Wonderware will only supply results up to the 75th tag. It drops the results from the 75th tag on down.
NOTE1: It is irrelevant if you are using OPS 32 or OPS SQL.
NOTE2: Applies to OPS 32 version of WWDDE dated June, 2005 and OPS SQL version of OPSSQL_WWDDE dated September, 2006.
