Used to lock data to prevent any changes on and before the specified date

When data is locked, it can not be edited, deleted or re-calculated.  New entries cannot be made on or before the date specified.

To unlock the data, change the date to any earlier date.

Lock Data can only be administered by users with manager or super user level access.
