Runs a wizard that takes you step by step to create a new Custom Data Entry (CDE) form.  When the wizard is complete you can customize it using CDE design.

USING:

Using the wizard is simple.  You will be asked a series of questions, answer each question and click .  When all questions have been answered, the Finish button will be enabled, click

 

EXAMPLES:

The following forms can be developed:

Daily	Creates a form with with a series of daily variables allowing data entry for one day at a time. Preview.
TSS Bench Sheet	Creates a form with entry points for raw data (i.e. tare weight...) and calculates TSS values to be stored in your TSS Variables. Preview.
Monthly	Creates a form similar to a Monthly Data Entry Form allowing data entry over a 31 day period.
Weekly	Creates a form for data entry over 7 consecutive days.  Preview.
24 Hourly Values	Creates columns of 24 hourly data entry points (not linked to variables) which are then summarized at the bottom.  Each statistic is linked to a daily variable.  This form is NOT intended for data entry into hourly variables.  NOTE:  This option is NOT available in Facility Databases with more than 10,000 variables as this took several minutes to load the wizard.
