DVD is shipped on new orders

DVD can be downloaded from support portal for customers on support (www.opssys.com/support_login.aspx)

The DVD is used for full install of Hach WIMS and components.  If you are updating an existing WIMS installation you should use the Self-Update MSIs available on the support portal.
