Surface Water Systems in North Carolina must fill out the Excel MOR file provided by the state (example file: MORS_NC1234567_WP1_Current.xls).  Because the file contains macros/security you cannot simply copy and paste data or use the Link To Microsoft Excel feature to populate the file.  Therefore, we create a WIMS Spread Report that contains all the data for each sheet.  We then copy this data into the User Data sheet in the Excel File.  We update the Excel file with formulas to point at the User Data sheet.  Example ='User Data'!B16
