OH-DW-Micro-SSR.hwr - Ohio Microbiological Sample Submission Report (SSR): preview
Template is used to produce the Micro SSR XML file for upload to the state's portal. Steps to use:
1. Open Template in Spread Design and Locate your data into the template
2. Go to File, Report Options and set Report Type to OH-MICRO-SSR
3. Save the Report.
4. To create the XML file
- In Spread Design, go to File>Export.
- In Report Pac, Spread Reports choose the report and choose option eDMR / Electronic Report File.

Template is used to produce the Water Plant/Distribution System MOR XML file for upload to the state's portal. Steps to use:

3. Save the Report.

3. Save the Report.
