May 18th, 2016 - Oklahoma is currently implementing an e2 electronic reporting system similar to Virginia's system.  The system is in beta and should become available for wide use in summer 2016.  The system will only require the reporting of DMR summary values (similar to what is required on the national NPDES DMR form).
