GEORGIA's Surface Water eMOR (Electronic Monthly Operating Report) Templates
These report templates are used to produce the data for the eMOR required by Georgia. The state (as of Feb. 2012) has NO method to electronically upload the data (no file to upload or web service for auto uploads). Therefore, these reports are setup to allow you to produce the data which can then be hand entered into the state's web portal. I discussed the eMOR (electronic Monthly Operating Report) system with Kirk Chase (Kirk.Chase@dnr.state.ga.us) and Chris Smith (Chris.Smith@dnr.state.ga.us) from Georgia's Environmental Protection Division: Drinking Water Program. The following are templates of the types of reports used on their web site.
