Q13870 - INFO: Built-in Spread Report Templates

The following are spread report templates for the Hach Built-In Reports. This allows you to create customized copies of the Built-In reports. To replace your built-in reports, download the xxx.hwr (i.e. 106.hwr) file and place in your client\staging\root_hwr. The next time the client is run (7.7.6 or later) the built-in report will be updated.

Hach_Basic_Data_Statistics_Report_multiple_variables.hwr (102.hwr) Displays basic statistics (Average, Min, Max, Total, and count) for up to 40 variables for any date range:

Hach_Full_Statistics_Report.hwr (104.hwr) Displays 16 different statistics for up to 10 variables for any date range:

Hach_Daily_Report.hwr (103.hwr) Displays daily values (or daily average for daily detail variables) and Min, Max, Sum, and Average for any date range for up to 9 variables:

Hach_Variable_Two_Year_Data_Report.hwr (101.hwr) Displays daily values (or daily average for daily detail variables) for 2 years (broken down by month) for a single variable:

Hach_Variables_with_No_Data_Report.hwr (105.hwr) Displays a list of variables that have no data in the date range of the report.

Hach User Activity Report (106.HWR) displays for a specified user, the number of logins, last time user logged into facility, number of data points entered/edited/deleted.

(NOTE: the following templates are available in Hach WIMS Client version 7.4.0)

Hach_Compliance Status_Report.hwr (107.hwr) Displays all limits for all variables and whether there were any violations for the month. This report uses DRC function, so do not change the date from within Print Preview.

Hach_LIMS Cross Reference_Report.hwr (108.hwr) Displays all variables cross referencing a LIMS interface.

Hach_SCADA Cross Reference_Report.hwr (109.hwr) Displays all variables cross referencing a SCADA interface.

Hach_Updated and Deleted Records_Report.hwr (110.hwr) Displays all variables that have had values changed (either modified or deleted) within the reporting period. Includes all daily and daily detail variables, and omits changes by "VIA_CALC".
