Used to manage shortcuts for all users.

NOTE: Shortcuts have been replaced with the Dashboard functionality and are only supported for backward compatibility.  Click here to see an instructional video on using dashboards.

BUTTONS:

	Copy All Shortcuts listed for a user, so they can be pasted into another users shortcut list.
	Copies the current shortcut.
	Pastes the copied shortcuts into the currently selected user's shortcuts.
	Allows you to change the properties of the currently selected shortcut.
	Moves the current selected shortcut up one position in the list.
	Moves the current selected shortcut down one position in the list.
	Deletes the current selected shortcut.
	Creates a new shortcut.
	Closes the form
