Error - Unparseable date:"20120205null"

Solution: The Logdate and LogTime fields are combined.  The logtime field was not set (i.e. the cell was blank due to user not entering Sample time in Monthly Data Entry for that variable).  Enter Sample time (LOGTIME) and rerun report. 

Error - Unparseable date: "nullnull"

Similar to problem above. The required date (either LOGDATE/LOGTIME or ANADATE) was null.  Verify all date/time fields have a valid value.
