Runs a wizard that takes you step by step to create a new report.  When the wizard is complete you can customize it using spread design.

USING:

Using the wizard is simple.  You will be asked a series of questions, answer each question and click .  When all questions have been answered, the Finish button will be enabled, click .

 

EXAMPLES:

The following reports can be developed:

Columnar

Creates a report containing columns of daily data with statistics (Min, Max, Avg...) at the bottom of each column.  Preview

Summary Creates a report containing columns of Monthly Summary Statistics (i.e. monthly averages, monthly sums...) for a series of variables with overall statistics at the bottom of each column.  Preview
Monthly Review Creates a report that lists daily values horizontally across the page.  Preview

Daily Report

Creates a report displaying daily values for a series of variables for a single day.  Preview
Weekly Report Creates a report containing columns of daily data for one week with statistics (Min, Max, Avg...) at the bottom of each column.  Preview
Weekly Summary Creates a report containing columns of Weekly Summary Statistics (i.e. weekly averages, weekly sums...) for a series of variables with overall statistics at the bottom of each column.  Preview
Violation Summary Creates a report listing the number of violations for all variables that have limits setup (see limits setup).  Preview
Hourly Log Report Creates a report displaying hourly values for a single day.  Only works with hourly variable types.  Preview
Variable Analysis Report Displays daily values for a single variable for up to 24 months.  Preview


Sample Trigger Report

Displays daily values for selected variables.  A 'trigger' variable sets which days the report will display.  For example, used to display Flow and TSS but only on days where BOD (the trigger variable) is entered.  Preview

Flash Report Creates a report displaying the Min, Max, Average, and trend for a series of variables.  Preview
Columnar with footnotes Creates a report containing columns of daily data with result comments footnoted.  Preview


Top N Report Creates a report containing the Highest N values for a trigger variable.  A 'trigger' variable sets which days are displayed.  For example, Display the flow, turbidity, TSS, and Chlorine Residual for the 10 hightest flow dys in the reporting period.  Preview
Variable Summary Report Displays the monthly averages for a single variable for up to 10 years.  Preview


Daily Report Generator Creates a report containing columns of daily data or daily summaries (for daily detail variables) with statistics at the bottom.  Unlike the columnar report that can only be run for 1 month, this report can expand to run for an unlimited number of days.  Used to create reports similar to those created by the OPS 32 Daily Report Generator (AKA DRG)  Preview
Dashboard Creates a report with buttons to entry forms, reports, and graphs with a table of Key Performance Indicators that can be assigned as a user's dashboard.
Raw Data Only When Occurs Creates a report showing values only for date/times where data occurs for any variable frequency (Hourly, Daily, 15 Minute...).  It is recommended to only use one frequency of data for best results
