- ANALYSIS_START : Date/Time of Analysis Start
- ANALYSIS_END : Date/Time of Completion of Analysis
- ANALYSIS_METHOD : Analysis Method
- ANALTYE: Test performed
- ANALYZEDBY : ID of the person that Analyzed sample
- APPROVEDDATE :Approved Date
- LAB : Lab
- EXTLAB_SAMPNUM : External Lab Sample Number
- ORIGINAL_SAMPNUM : Sample Number of the Sample that caused this sample to be taken, i.e. the original positive TCR sample number
- RESULTCOMMENT : Result Comment
- SAMPLENOTE : Sample Notes
- SAMPNUM:Sample Number (id)
- SAMPLEDBY : ID of the person that took sample
- SAMPLETYPE : Sample Type, i.e. Composite, Grab, Routine, Repeat...
- SAMPLEDATE: Date/Time sample was collected
- MDL: Method Detection Limit
- ML: Method Limit
- RL: Report Limit
- UD1: User Defined 1
- UD2: User Defined 2
