This screen shows you all old OPS/Hach components that were found on this computer and the actions that will be taken by the Platform Installer to resolve them or the actions needed to be taken by you:

In this example, two OPSSQL client installations were found. The Platform Installer requires that both be removed manually by the user from the Add/Remove Programs Windows Control Panel item. The services listed will be automatically backed-up and removed, without user intervention. Note that until the OPSSQL Clients are removed, the Platform Installer will not allow you to continue!

IMPORTANT:
If you see this screen and user interaction is required, you do NOT have to exit the platform installer! After you  have manually uninstalled the listed items, click the Re-Check button in the top-right screen corner to make the Platform Installer re-check for old programs.
