>= is a logical operator which returns a boolean value:
TRUE if the expression on the left side of the operator is evaluated as being greather than or equal to the right side of the operator
FALSE if the expression on the left side of the operator is evaluated as less than the right side of the operator

where :
Cx is a conditional variable x
Exp is a Expression
