9 Inactive Fields: Enter up to 50 characters of label/caption for the field. Note: The information you enter is plain text – similar to what you might type in the Notes Tab. However, you cannot enter as much info as you would in the Notes Tab, you have a maximum of 50 characters in the UDF. 1. In the Facility Information UDF Tab double-click on the word “Inactive”. 2. The “Set user define Caption” window opens. Enter the label/caption for the field. An example might be “Time of Work (min)” if you would like this field to track how many hours the employee worked. NOTE: The caption is limited to 25 characters, including spaces between words.
