Florida DEP has developed the EzDMR Web-based system to allow facilities to electronically submit their Discharge Monitoring Reports (NPDES permits). 

EzDMR allows for upload of Part A data via a CSV file WIMS can produce.  Part B can be upload as an attachment (PDF, XLS, etc...)

To create your Part A report (you must have a DEP Business account and password, see http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/wastewater/wce/edmr/docs/EzDMR_External_UserGuide.pdf for help):

1. Go to https://www.fldepportal.com/go/home/ and sign into Web Portal.

2. Click Submit button, Report button, then EzDMR Button.

3. Click Reports Due.  Click the Export Data button to download a CSV file for your monthly report.

4. Highlight and copy entire report, e.g. copy from A1 to N???. 

5. In WIMS, go to Design, Spread reports.  Click on cell A1 and Paste:

6. Use Locate, Group Summary and Locate Number of Violations to place data in Column N.

9A	90th %	GPERC(1,1,"R",90,1)	In accordance with the basic and intermediate level disinfection requirements in Rules 62-600.440(4) and (6), F.A.C., your permit may state that no more than 10 percent of the samples during a period of 30 consecutive days shall exceed a certain number of fecal coliform values per 100 mL of sample. If this fecal coliform requirement is contained in your permit, then a 90th percentile value will be reported on the DMR. To report the 90th percentile value, list the fecal coliform values obtained during the month in ascending order. Report the value of the sample that corresponds to the 90th percentile (multiply the number of samples by 0.9). For example, for 30 samples, report the corresponding fecal coliform number for the 27th value of ascending order. See EXAMPLE 9 for finding and reporting the 90th percentile (no more than 10%) value.
AB	Annl Avg	GAVG(1,1,"MA12")	The annual average daily flow is also reported on Part A of the DMR form. In accordance with Rule 62-600.200(3), F.A.C., the annual average daily flow means the total volume of wastewater flowing into a wastewater facility during any consecutive 365 days, divided by 365 and expressed in units of MGD. However, unless specified otherwise in the permit, for practical purposes, the annual average flow may also be calculated as the rolling arithmetic mean of the 12 monthly averages.
