Allows you to setup the Linked Files library. Files of various types can be associated with tasks, equipment, purchase orders, or work orders. For example the task Replace Timing Belt could have multiple Adobe .pdf files associated with it and each one could have detailed instructions on the correct procedure for various makes of vehicles. Another example is if each purchase order had a Microsoft Word Document associated with it that contained the original requisition information.
Use the button bar to navigate to and from the next record, add, or delete records. Changes are automatically saved. See Working with records for more information. |
