Q13737 - INFO: Purchase Orders Entry, Order Items Tab
Tab allows you to add for Inventory Items to a Purchase Order within Purchase Orders Entry.     

 

FIELDS:

Item#: Item is assigned within the PO

Item Description: Description of the item

Qty Ordered: Allows to add the quantity of the item ordered

Qty Received: Allows to add the quantity received for the item ordered

UOM: Unit of Measure, Optional field

Unit Price: Enter the cost of the item ordered

Ext Price: Extended Price calculated as Qty Ordered X Unit Price

Date Received: Enter the date when item was received from order

Notes: Enter additional notes about the item

BUTTONS:

Add Item: Displays Inventory Browser allowing you to select Inventory Items for the PO.

Remove Item: Removes the currently selected items (highligthed) from the PO

Add Miscellaneous Item To Inventory Table: If you have ordered a miscellaneous item, this button will add the item to the Inventory list and display Inventory Entry for editing.
