Allows you to setup a new worksheet (benchsheet) for a run of BOD tests.

Using Create New BOD Worksheet:

1. Choose the Create for Date (i.e. the Sample Date) for the BODs you are creating a worksheet for

2. Choose your create option:

Use setup from last BOD worksheet - Will setup a worksheet with the same samples/dilutions as the last worksheet before the Create for Date.

Pick setup from a previous BOD Worksheet - Allows you to select a worksheet to copy the setup from (i.e. the samples/dilutions).  For example, use this option if you want to select last Monday's setup to create this Monday's worksheet.

Build BOD Worksheet - Allows you to pick from the available BOD Samples (see BOD Sample Setup) which samples and their order you want in the worksheet
