Prior to using the NetDMR, Massachusetts utilized the NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) DMR Report format. Click here for the NPDES report templates. The printed DMR will no longer be accepted after December 2016.

The state MOR report has no fixed format and can be created using the Columnar Spread Report Wizard.
