Q11032 - INFO: License Support Status

If the computer has internet access, this opens the Hach WIMS support website and verifies the status of the License's associated service contract.

There are several responses that will be displayed on the website, including:

  1. Support is up to date and the date that the support contract needs to be renewed by
  2. Support is out of date and the date it expired
  3. License is not found in the database
    NOTE: If You are using an unauthorized license, please contact the Hach WIMS team immediately for assistance.
