NOTE: This issue only might only affect you if you're running against an Oracle database, and Hach WIMS database version 1.3.7
Due to an issue with certain stored procedures, sending a message to a Hach WIMS user that has email forwarding enabled might not work. No error will be reported and no email will be sent.
This will be resolved in the near future, and fix will be applied during upgrade to Hach WIMS database version 1.3.8.
As a workaround, you can run the attached script file from the Admin Console's "Execute custom SQL commands against the OPSROOT database" action script.
(when you save the script, rename the file to usermsg2email.osql)
