Database Backend refers to a type of the relational database management system that hosts the Hach WIMS Database Server.

WIMS currently supports 2 types of Database Backends :

  1. Oracle
  2. Microsoft SQL. Note that MS SQL Express is also considered as Microsoft SQL.
