WIMS Rio Sync Service
- Logbook Entries are now synced. (AQI-3848)
- Text Parameter data synced to WIMS now follows WIMS business rules (I.E. if the 2nd value in the drop down list the WIMS value is set to 1). (AQI-7712)
WIMS Data Conversion Utility
- Fixed: The Last sync time is set to end of day when utility is run. This causes the Sync Service to not see any data changes until the next day (AQI-7823)

WIMS Rio Sync Service
- Newly created variables in WIMS are now created in Rio during Sync process
- Updates to WIMS Variable Name, Units, or Rio Parameter Guid are now updated in corresponding Rio Parameter
- Rio Parameters set to inactive will not have it's data synced.
- Fixed: Sync unable to complete when syncing very large WIMS databases. Code would make a GetComputation request for dataSource types that were not computations. This created a log message and eventually overloaded the log system. (AQI-7685)
