Lab 1.2.2: Reviewing Data with MDE

Monthly Data Entry (MDE) Forms can also be used to review historical data from previous months.  To review data, simply open the form and use the date selection box to load a new month. Forms will be displayed for the current month.

Steps to load and print the Influent Variables MDE form for Janurary 2012:

1. From the Main Menu, select Data Manager, Monthly Data Entry and Open Influent Variables MDE form.  
2. Use the Date Selection Box at the top of the form to spin to January 2012.

 
After you have selected Jan 2012, data will be loaded for the selected month.  You can now browse the data.  Notice that summary statistics for each parameter are listed at the bottom of the form.

3.  Print the form. Select File, Print or click the  icon on the toolbar.
4.  Exit the MDE form. Select File, Exit.
