8/15/2013 - Job Cal Basic has been discontinued and all users with Job Cal Basic will be licensed for Job Cal Plus. Job Cal Plus adds the following additional features to Job Cal Basic:
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing
- Security
- Labor Tracking
- Graphics/attachments
- Miscellaneous additional features.
For Job Cal Basic users simply download and install v2.9.7 patch available at the support portal - www.hachiim.com/support. Your Job Cal Basic will be interpreted as a Job Cal Plus License. It will also do the following the first time you log into a database:
Check if the Employee and WoLabor table are empty and if so:
- Create one Employee Record called General Labor.
- Create a WoLabor record for each Work Order that has a [TotalLaborHours] > 0. Name will be set to General Labor (i.e. employee record created in above step. Date will be set to Date Complete for closed work orders and Date Due for Open Work Orders. Hours will be set to the Job Cal Basic TotalLaborHours. Hourly Rate will be set to 10.
