Q11184 - INFO: Locate Michigan eDMR NPDES (Part A) Row Values

WARNING - Michigan no longer supports XML File Upload.  To report data to the MiWaters website see Michigan MiWaters reporting in WIMS.  This report format should no longer be used!

This menu item can be used to locate a Michigan eDMR Part A (NPDES) row of values corresponding to a specified permit requirement.  You can use the Load... feature of the application to open an XML file provided by the state to determine what permit requirements there are for the given facility.

BUTTONS:

opens a browser to find the variable corresponding to the appropriate permit requirement

loads an XML input file to determine the permit requirements of the facility

locates the NPDES row on the spread report being edited

cancels the location of an NPDES row and returns to the spread report

NOTES:

The cell notes instruct WIMS on where to put the data in the XML file.  WIMS utilizes the following fields to find the parameter in the XML file:

ParameterIdentification/StateMonitoringSiteID
ParameterIdentification/ParameterCode
ParameterIdentification/PermitSampleType

The following cell note would find StateMonitoringSiteID=001A, ParameterCode=50050, PermitSampleType=Recorded Daily Flow

OEML~XML~A~MichiganEDMR~B~1.0~C~R~Submission/Facility/Report/MonitoringLocationGroup/MonitoringData~W~ParameterIdentification/StateMonitoringSiteID~001A~W~ParameterIdentification/ParameterCode~50050~W~ParameterIdentification/PermitSampleType~Recorded Daily Flow~S

Once a Parameter is found, the report will fill out the Summary Result providing the dates match:

MesurementValue
MeasurementQualifier
ActualSampleFrequency
ActualSampleType
