The Hach WIMS Direct Server-Side Interface to Raco Catalyst imports data from Raco Catalyst log files. These files are ASCII standard text files, and have a file extension of .LOG
The interface uses a collector (Q12543) that reads the .LOG files and creates OPSDATAXML files hourly. Each file contains data points for a given hour. The interface reads these XML type files into Hach WIMS.
If there is a time lapse where no data is collected by Raco Catalyst, nothing will be imported for that period. If this time lapse is an hour or more, the collector will still create an XML type file, but might not have any data in it. This means the collector ran properly, but there was no data in the Raco Catalyst files for that hour. Data holes are ignored, if an average for a day is requested then the interface will return an average value for data that is present.

A tag name for Hach WIMS variable setup would be Cat25:1 for this file and channel 1.
