April 21st, 2020 - 7.8.4 ADOCALC has been released.
It fixes an issue where Windows Defender (default Anti-Virus software for Windows) identified the ADOCALC Service as a virus and quarantined the .SVC or .EXE file. At this time, we are not sure why Windows Defender identified the ADOCALC program as a virus. Oct 23rd, 2019 - A patch is required for Claros Collect WIMS interface (Q14412). The Claros 19.3 release deprecated an API call (I18N) that the interface was using. Also, a security patch was installed the requires TLS 1.1,1.2 to be enabled. By default, TLS is not enabled in Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2008. Please contact Tech Support to get v1.0.6 of the interface and assistance enabling TLS (Enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 on Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2008)
