If you have a fresh install of OPS32 and want migrate your old data from your old install to your new install, this is the article for you. This article is meant for express and lite editions of OPS32.

First thing you will want to do is to find the your OPS32 directory. The typical path is C:/OPS32. Your path my vary depending on if you went with the default location upon installation. We will call the directory where OPS32 was installed the OPS32 Root.

Once you are at the root you will want to look for a folder with the name of your database. This should be the folder that contains all the data for your facility. Copy this folder, either to your desktop or a flash drive.

Browse to the OPS32 Root of new install. (This folder may be on the same machine or a different machine.) Once you are in the OPS32 Root of the new install, copy the folder into the directory.

Next, open up OPS32 and login. Enter either the tutorial database or no database. Once inside the program go to File->Facility List Setup. Once the Window has Popped up click on the Add Existing button.

For the Data Directory field, browse to the OPS32 Root of the new install and click on the database located on the left side of the window and click OK.

Name the Facility whatever you like and click OK.

The Facility Should be added to the new install of OPS32.
