SYMPTOMS:
A user will get the following error when they open up a Spread Report, Spread Design, Monthly Data Entry, etc. (anything using the OPS Spread Sheet layout). When the user attempts to print the report or view the report in a print preview, they get the following error:
CAUSE:
1. There is a problem with the Printer Driver(s) being used by OPS SQL to print the document or to generate the print preview.
2. The OCX files used by OPS SQL for printing and generating print previews did not install properly.
Possible Solution(s):
1. The Printer Driver should be updated with the latest from the manufacturer's website.
2. The installation of OPS SQL that is having the problem (client computer) should be reinstalled by an individual with Administrative rights on that machine. This will reinstall the OCX object files that OPS SQL uses to generate/print reports.
