The Edit Data Utility is used to correct/set a group of data for a variable(s).

USING:

Choose the variable(s) to be edited using the  which displays the variable browser allowing you to select variables.

Set the dates (see entering dates)

Click

Set the Action, i.e. choose a method and fill in the factors

Click

ACTIONS:

	For all values displayed will add the value specifed (2 in the example) to the current values.
	For all values displayed will subtract the value specifed (3 in the example) to the current values.
	For all values displayed will multiply the value specifed (0.1 in the example) to the current values.
	For all values displayed will set the values to the the value specifed (4 in the example) to the current values.
	For all values displayed will use the regression equation specfied to calculate the value to be stored.  For example, the Inf Flow would be calculated as 2 * V1001 (Ras Flow) + 4.
	Deletes all the data currently displayed.
	If the Variable to be edited is a calculated variable, checking this box will set the forced flag when the action is performed.  This function is used in conjuction with another function, i.e. you specify to Add 2 to each value and check the Set Force Flag for Calculated Vars to also set the forced flag.

NOTES:

You MUST check the "Allowed to use Edit Data Util (if Manager):" User Specific Setting in User Setup for all users that need access to the Edit Data Util in order to see/use this menu option. 

EXAMPLES:

You discover that users have been entering flow data for the last month in Hundred Gallons but the data needs to be in Thousand Gallons.  Instead of re-entering the data, set the Action to Multiply each value by 0.1
