The Job Cal Plus Auto WO program allows work orders to be automatically printed on a user defined schedule. For example, a task can be run every morning to output the work orders due today. The Auto WO program allows the user to select and schedule the printing of work orders or it can generate .pdf files that are emailed to whoever the work order is assigned to. It then launches Job Cal Plus at the specified times, outputs the work orders, and exits Job Cal Plus. Reports can be sent to the default printer or .pdf files can be generated and emailed or both.
To start the auto wo scheduler, simply click on the Auto WO Scheduler icon setup in your OPS Systems program group.
Important: In order for the Auto WO Scheduler to function properly, it must continue to run. Simply reduce the main dialog window to the task bar to keep it out of the way.
This program can also be scheduled as a Windows Task that starts up every time the computer is turned on. To make the program run invisibily simply schedule it to run with any command line parameter.
