Setting Auto WO Options in Job Cal Plus |
|
The first step is to define how you want the auto wo scheduler to work and set up a default email address to send work orders to that have not been assigned to anyone.
There is a setting in the Job Cal Plus program that will affect which work orders are printed. Under the General tab you will see a section called Default Settings for Printing Work Orders. In that section is a checkbox for Only WOs that havent been printed. This setting applies to each individual Windows user, which means that the settings of whoever starts this Auto WO Scheduler will be used (i.e. the user who is logged into Windows). Once a work order is printed by anyone it is flagged as being printed in the database. If you have this box checked it means that this program will only print out the work orders that have not been printed out by anyone else.
The second step is to enter email addresses for your employees.
In task entry you can assign all of the work orders generated for a task to one person. You can override this default assignment by editing individual work orders.
You can change who individual work orders are assigned to.
