Used to open an existing custom data entry form for design.

USING:

Choose your form and click OK to open it in the designer.  You can also, simply double click on the form to open it.

FIELDS:

Entry Form Groups:  Displays the Entry Groups that the current user has design rights to. Click on a group to see the reports in that group.  The ** Default Group shows all unassigned forms (i.e. forms not assigned to a group).  The top item in the list "Entry Forms for UserName" displays all custom data entry forms the user has rights to.

Forms:  Displays the list of forms.  Note, click on the column header to sort by that field.

BUTTONS:

	Opens the currently selected form.
	Closes the open window and returns to the designer.
