As of Dec 2016, eReporting will be required for DMR and SMRF reports.  Both systems require users to download an Excel file, populate the file are upload the populated file back to the State's website.  In WIMS we design reports that can be used to do a single copy of the data and then paste the data into the Excel file.  Users will then upload the file(s).

Users should download their SMRF and DMR Excel Files, login at https://my.azdeq.gov/mydeqcontroller/ (requires a myDeq account).

For tips on designing a report that can be used to copy and paste the data into the SMRF Excel file (downloaded from states website), download the following template.  It has examples of handling Fecal 4 of 7, 5 Month Rolling Geo Mean, etc...
